Domestic Returns & Exchanges Gold Cake will accept items purchased from goldcakeshop.com for store credit only within 15 days of purchase. Items returned must be in a new condition with all original packaging and tags in place.
Steps To Exchange An Item Customers will need to email customer service at info@goldcakeshop.com for all exchange inquiries. Please include your order number, date of purchase and reason for exchange. All requests will be considered and responded to within a 24 hour time period of receipt.
- If the item is deemed acceptable for exchange, we will immediately email the customer a copy of the receipt along with the return authorization form that must be included with the item.

Damaged Items In the event that your jewelry arrives to you in a damaged condition, or if you have been send the wrong item, please email our store immediately at info@goldcakeshop.com. We would be more than happy to ship you a replacement item at no fee.
